$250 per person includes Monday breakfast, refreshments, and lunch plus conference materials. Advance payment is required. If payment is not received prior to the conference, please be prepared to present a Visa or Mastercard credit card or personal check. 

 

Authorized schools that have paid their 2018-2019 CAWS dues pay $200 per person.

 

Registrations will be confirmed only upon receipt of a Check or Purchase Order. Mail Payment made out to CAWS to 20530 Via Talavera, Yorba Linda, CA 92887 Be sure to write the name of your school or organization on the payment

No refunds after October 20, 2018. Registrations close Oct. 20, 2019.

 

Please make hotel reservations via the booking link: https://reservations.travelclick.com/73591?groupID=2632863 or by calling Tel: (619 544-1886), or 1 (800)542-1886 and refer to the room block as “CA Assn of IB World Schools”.  Rooms may be reserved for October 25 - October 27, at $119 per night, Traditional Fireplace Room (single) plus tax. Effective July 2018 Tax Exempt forms are no longer accepted. Call by October 4th. Taxi service approximately $25 and the downtown shuttle $12 provide transportation to and from the San Diego airport. The hotel has overnight valet parking for $48 per night, and day only parking is available. Parking structures close to the hotel are available. The Horton is approximately 3 miles from the San Diego airport.
