Join CAWS

 IB Authorized Programme members are eligible to:

 

  • Nominate staff for CAWS Teacher Awards when your programme membership fees are paid and posted on our website by our deadline of 9:00AM on Tuesday, December 19, 2023. Each CAWS member school may submit one nomination application per member programme for each award category. All nomination applications with supporting documents are due on December 19, 2023. at 9:00AM.

 

  • Nominate a student to receive your CAWS Student of the Year Award when your programme membership fees are paid and posted on our website by our deadline of Saturday, April 6, 2024. Membership fees of $200.00 along with an additional amount of $50.00 will be presented as a CAWS Student of the Year Award to programmes who submit requests by our deadline of Saturday, April 6, 2024. Each Student of the Year Award is for $250.00 for one student.

 

  • Please mark these dates on your calendars now as they are the deadlines necessary in order to process Awards and Scholarships. We encourage you to verify that your programme is on our membership list a few days prior to these deadlines.

 

Note: All membership fees will be allocated for the CAWS Student of the Year and IB Teacher Awards.

Paying for Membership with a personal or district check?

 

1. Complete the CAWS Membership Form

2. Check your email for the membership invoice

3. Forward the invoice to school or district personnel for payment processing.

4. The invoice will be marked as “Paid” after payment is received.

5. Member schools will be posted on the CAWS website

 

Paying for Membership with a Credit Card?

 

1. Complete the CAWS Membership Form for each programme you offer

2. Check your email for the membership invoice 

3. Use the links on the invoice to make a credit card payment

4. The invoice will be marked as “Paid” after payment is received.

5. Member schools will be posted on the CAWS website

*Candidate Schools pay 1/2 of full membership fees and receive member discounts but are not eligible to apply for CAWS scholarships.
