SRTAC and LPI Present - Meeting the Challenge: Strategies for Sustainable Teacher Residencies
The Statewide Residency Technical Assistance Center (SRTAC) and Learning Policy Institute (LPI) are hosting a statewide webinar highlighting innovative, fiscally sustainable approaches to staffing and funding teacher residency programs on December 8. Other partner organizations include the Small School Districts' Association (SSDA), the California County Superintendents, the California School Boards Association (CSBA), the California Association of School Business Officials (CASBO), and the California Federation of Teachers (CFT).
As state and local investments in educator preparation continue to evolve, LEAs are leading the way with creative staffing structures, braided funding models, and long-term sustainability strategies that extend far beyond initial grant funding. This session is designed for district and county leaders, superintendents, assistant superintendents, HR executives, budget officers, preparation partners, and state education stakeholders who are committed to building lasting, scalable educator pipelines. You can register here.
Happy Holidays - thanks for all you do!
