Biography:
Michelle Mahoney is an experienced high school administrator, educator, and International Baccalaureate (IB) Training Facilitator with over two decades of dedicated service at Oakmont High School (DP School since 2009). She currently serves as Assistant Principal, where she oversees master scheduling, special education, student support systems, 504 plans, and counseling team. Michelle prides herself on being a collaborative leader committed to fostering inclusive, student-centered learning environments through multi-tiered support systems and restorative practices. Additionally, she facilitates IB workshops, training school leaders and educators in program development, head of schools, leadership, counseling, and social-emotional learning.
