These event are not meant to take the place of IB training; it is a collaborative networking session for teachers in specific IB subject areas. The subjects, times and registration links are below. Once you register, your CAWS host will send you a Zoom link. Each event is limited to 25 participants. Please be sure to let your teachers and administrators know about this exciting educational opportunity.
 
 
Virtual Roundtable Protocols
 
 
  • Each session is 90 minutes 
 
  • A CAWS board member facilitates the initial meetings
 
  • Limit to 25 participants maximum
 
  • Participants register by individual deadline date/s
 
  • Zoom board host emails Zoom login information to registered participants
 
  • Expectation: teachers share best practices for distance, virtual or hybrid learning, and IB curriculum in general
 
  • All participants’ mics will be muted by default prior to joining the meeting
 
  • Participants will use the raise hands function to speak
 
  • Zoom host facilitates questions and links shared in the chat
 
  • The chat file will be saved and sent out to participants
 
  • Meetings will not be recorded due to privacy issues
