Hello fellow PYP coordinators!
As I enter my 6th year as our school's PYP coordinator, I am reminded of the uniqueness of our role! We are responsible for ensuring that the IB Standards and Practices are carried out at the highest levels at our sites, and are encouraged to facilitate the development of systems and structures to support this. In the true spirit of IB, let's collaborate to gather and share the ideas we have put in place, or wish to develop. My hope is that these roundtable opportunities will help us build connection, lighten our load, and strengthen our practices.
During our first roundtable, Managing Our Role as PYP Coordinator, let's share how we systematically deliver professional development & coaching, manage collaborations, organize resources, and document our work, as well as any other related topics for which we want inspiration. Bring your questions, resources, just come to listen in and let's deepen our connections this year.
